Our customers are our priority, and we want you to be 100% satisfied with all orders placed. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your order and wish to return it, follow the following steps:
- Send us an e-mail within 2 working days of receiving the order, detailing the problems with it.
- We will reply to your email and send a refund code with which the ordered items must be returned within 5 days from the purchase date.
- All orders must be returned in their original package accompanied by the purchase receipt.
- No order will be attended to without the refund code.
- Goods can only be returned for a full refund if the fault is ours, whether via delivery or dispatch of the wrong products.
However, if the correct order was sent or the fault was on your end, we will gladly change the order provided the package is not tampered with or destroyed.
- If you have placed an order but suddenly realized that you made a mistake. You can quickly go to our website, cancel the previous order, and replace it with the right one.
- If your order has been received and tagged for processing, send us an email with the order number and items in that order to enable us to make a quick cancellation or change on your behalf.
Any order or product not returned within 5 days of purchase will not be accepted, and refunds will not be made. If you have a valid and written reason why the return could not come within 5 days, we might consider your request.
The refund amount will be made directly to the same source that initiated the order. All charges and miscellaneous items will be deducted in the process.
If by any chance, your order arrives at your destination damaged, please contact us immediately at our customer service page. Additionally, give a detailed report of the damage with pictures included.
We will contact our courier agents to initiate a transit damage claim and send out a replacement within 24 hours of receiving the damaged goods.
Unlike other returned goods, products damaged by transit must be returned within 5 days of the delivery date.
Packsouq.com will not be held liable for shipping delays or changes in delivery dates caused by weather, war, immigration, airport policies, or other (natural or otherwise) factors beyond our control.
